Tempting Rever

Sci-Fiction Romance – Erotica – 18+ Adult

Brenda spent four years trapped in an unhappy marriage. She’s so desperate to start a new life somewhere safe that she’s agreed to go to another planet with a handsome alien stranger. When he’s killed, she finds herself in the home of a Zorn warrior willing to protect her until the fallen warrior’s brother arrives to claim her.
Brenda never believed in love at first sight until she gazed into the gorgeous blue eyes of Argis Rever. He’s tall, dark, sexy…the kind of guy she’s always dreamed of finding—and already bound to another human woman. She could have lived with letting the man of her dreams slip through her fingers, except he isn’t happy—the horrid woman doesn’t even want him, and will never love him.
Brenda has lost a lot in her life but she’s not willing to lose the one chance at finding happiness with a man she’s falling in love with. She’s more than ready to start tempting Rever into finding his own happiness… with her.

3.5 Tempting Stars

Tempting Rever is book three in the Zorn Warriors series. This one so far to me was the best in the series and a little different then the others in that the Zorn warrior already had a bound(married), who is verbally abusive to her bound and everyone else she meets. Can we say B*I*T*C*H! The warrior did not choose well before he bounded. It’s a lesson to all Zorn warriors to get to know the one you want to bound before bounding.

Brenda has not had much look. She has been trapped in an unhappy marriage and when a handsome Zorn warrior askes her to come with him to his world and be his bound she agrees hoping for a better future and love. But what was to be happy ever after did not happen when her bound dies protect the ship back to Zorn. She finds herself in a home of a Zorn warrior willing to protect her until the fallen warrior’s brother arrives to claim her.

Argis Rever is tall, dark, sexy, and total taken. He has bound (married) with a women who will never value him. Tina is mean, vindictive, and verbally abusive to her bound and others. She does not even try to understand Zorn and it’s people. When Rever meets Brenda they both fall in love at first sight. Both will fight to be together and over come the laws of Zorn to be happy.

I liked Brenda; because she was trying to make things better for herself. Ya the situation with Rever smacked of cheating, but I get it – Tina (yes Tina cheats long before Rever does) is just awful and Brenda is right for him, but I’m not keen on heroes/heroines that do the naughty while one of them is married. I enjoyed visiting Zorn again and learning more about the world and past couples. Like the previous books, it is full of sex and the word “mine”.

Borrowed from library.
