Sunday Post/BB&B #44

sunday postThe Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted at Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. See rules here: Sunday Post Meme.

BB&B is a weekly meme, inspired by Talk Supe & Pop Culture Junkie, where we share with you the books that we have bought, borrowed, bagged (Won or Gifted) and more.

This week saw me taking down all the christmas decorations. I had to wait until school was back in session, so our little one would not get in the way or upset that all the decorations where going away. I had a lovely head cold that came on after family left and finally by Tuesday it went away. It was a nice quiet week at home and that gave me a chance to do some reading.

My reading challenges are going nicely so far, but of course it’s early and keeping to my goals is easy. I’ve read two books from the library, (Library Reading Challenge), and both are 2015-reading-challengesfrom the Black Knights Inc. series, (Series That Never Ends Challenge), that I wanted to get caught up on for my new years resolution. I want to finish the two series I have going, before I pick up a new series. I’ve also read two books that I one-clicked (One-Click Reading Challenge) and never read. One was a new to me author (New To You Reading Challenge). Reviews will be added as I get them posted on the blog, but you can always stop by my goodreads account or follow me and see them early!

Are you doing any reading challenges? How are they going?

  1. I had the same problem with the Christmas decoration take down. Even once he accepted the fact that they were going up he wasn’t exactly helpful! Love the challenges you’re doing! I’m doing a library one as well as a few others. Good luck! Enjoy your books and have a great week!

    • Yes me too. When I get sick it takes me forever to get better. LOL well with all the things you have going on, no wonder you forgot about your decorations. ^_^

    • I’m enjoying this series more then I expected too. I mean it’s a contemporary romance and I’m not big on that, but I’m loving the Knights, the family feel, and suspense. Have a great week Braine.

  4. I’m not doing any challenge this year, my challenges are all inside my head : read the books I own first, notably ! I’m on Tsu too but haven’t been much there lately, I sent you a request. Have a great week, enjoy your books and the library 🙂

    • Red thank’s for the TSU request. I’m enjoy my books and really trying to not buy much this year. It’s so hard to hold of one-click especially if their is a deal. Good luck on reading the books you own. I’m working on that too. I’ve got a bunch of freebies on my devices I want to clear out this year. Have a great week!

  5. I TSU as well, even though I don’t really know how to use it. You got some great looking books this week. I hope you love all your new books.

    • Hello Grace. Thank’s for stoping by. I’ve enjoyed the books I picked up. I still need to read Brash and Craved by an Alpha,. I’m so excited to read them. TSU is pretty easy a little like FB, but you get paid to re-post/post. It’s new, so a lot of people are trying it out and so far so good for me. Have a great week!

  6. So many awesome books! I’m doing a few challenges and they all work together so it’ll be more fun and less stress. It alwasy starts out seeming so easy and then there’s that mad rush at the end. Hopefully, not this year. Good luck. I followed you on TSU!

    • Thank’s for stoping in Laura. This is my first time doing reading challenges and I picked a few that will double over, so one book works for like two of them. ^_^ Thank’s for following me on TSU and another place. Have a great week!
