A sexy bear, a stubborn she-wolf, and a very cozy den.
It’s a stormy winter’s night in the mountains, and she-wolf Jessica Macks is desperate to find shelter. So desperate, she’ll even settle for an unoccupied bear den, despite all the warnings she’s heard about her pack’s mysterious neighbors. It doesn’t take long before unwanted company in the form of bear shifter Simon Voss comes lumbering in. The two can let out their claws and fight, or they can lower their defenses and keep each other warm. But the instinct to survive isn’t the only force at work in that cozy den — destiny is, too. Before Jessica and Simon know it, they’re cuddled together in human form and letting warmheat right over to hot as they give in to temptation for the very first time.

Behind the doors of the Blue Moon Saloon, alpha shifters confront their darkest fears and their deepest desires.

A standalone, SHORT STORY prequel to Damnation, Book 1 in the Blue Moon Saloon series. No cliffhangers!

* A paranormal romance with adult content. The perfect read for fans of strong heroines, alpha heroes, werewolves and shapeshifters, red-hot cowboys, romantic westerns, paranormal suspense, action-adventure romance, and fantasy romance! *

Perfection is the prequel to the Blue Moon Saloon series.

Does it have to be read first. No. It’s a very short story that features our main characters from Damnation – Bonus Edition, Simon and Jessica, it’s their first meeting.

This is an insta love thing, destiny. They know they are mates the moment they meet, but their are several obstacles for them to over come; before they can be together. Here they spend two days together, snowed in, getting all hot and heavy with each other. Their is a little foreshadowing, that even though they have found each other their future will be a ruff one, before they get their happy-ever-after.

The story was just ok for me. It was nice to see their first meet, but really not necessary to know before going into Damnation or the the Blue Moon Saloon series. For fans of Ms. Lowe and her shifters, it’s a nice treat.

Rated: 3 Stars

  1. I got stuck in the cover… whoa nelly! Such an intense pose!

I don’t think this will work for me. Instalove and I don’t get along anymore. lol

    I hope you’re having a great week!

    • Oh yes, the cover is intense with that pose.

I don’t recommend this one unless you have read Damnation first. Yes, in the series they are drawn and some know they are mates while others don’t, but they all have something that they have to work through; before being together. This one is blatantly instalove. For the most part it was nice to see them; before all the tragedy, but not my favorite in this series or by this author.

Thank’s for stoping in and checking out my review. Have a great week too!
