Shifters, Secrets & Surprises centers around Christmas time and gives a verity of shifters to enjoy – wolves, bears, dragons, and new kind a sasquatch. Each story is sweet, enjoyable, and has that Holiday feel.
Sasquatch Surprise by Anna Lowe
Sasquatch Surprise is a beautiful Christmas novella that gives you a great taste of the authors writing. Ms. Lowe is a fabulous storyteller and she has created a fun shifter romance with unique and enjoyable characters. This ones features a Sasquatch, which I have never read before in a shifter story until now.
Harrison and Nala have known each other most their lives. They’ve always been drawn to each other, but things happen and they part ways. They both needed to grow, before they could get their chance.
I very much enjoy the duel-POV’s. It’s alway’s a pleasure to dive into the thoughts of each character and be pulled into the emotions they feel. Things move at a steady pace, with some good action, and a sweet romance. We get a lovely holiday feel that takes place around Christmas time.
I loved this novella. It is a wonderful addition to The Wolves of Twin Moon Ranch. It can be read as a stand-a-lone or part of the series. I highly recommend this author and her books.

A Present for the Alphas (Hunted by the Alphas) by Lily Thorn
A Present for the Alphas is a sweet stand-a-lone novella. This story takes place during Yuletide and the author explained it beautifully.
We have Val who was once human, but now is a wolf shifter and mated to Ash and Blaze. We get to see the love that the pack has coming together as a pack to decorate and celebrate Yule, how they include their Alpha’s mate Val, who has never celebrated Christmas before, as well as the love Ash and Blaze have for their mate. I really liked the Holiday spirt in this one. We are also treated to a little M/F/M scene between our Triad couple.
I enjoyed this novella.

One Bearry Night (Clan Conroe) by Emma Alisyn
One Bearry Night is a quick, humors, and ends with a sweet Holiday surprise.
The story is book 4 in the series, but does stand-a-lone. It’s complete, but does have a little cliffhanger at the end which leads into the next couple after this one. The author in her notes points this out; before the story starts.
This was a fun and enjoyable novella. You could see where things where going, neither one of them knows that their being matched to each other, but still its funny to watch how it all unfolds. Some things happen to keep the story entertaining.
I would have liked more on Daamin and the shifters that are after his sisters. Other then not getting the full story on this I still very much enjoyed the humor and outcome on One Bearry Night. I’m curious enough to check out the other books in the Clan Conroe series.

Dragon’s Christmas Captive (Lords of the Dragon Islands) by Isadora Montrose
Dragon’s Christmas Captive was a sweet romance that will make you laugh and cry. We get a dragon shifter and a little pixie elf princess. It’s full of curses and magical jewelry.
Lexi, the pixie was cute, funny, and out to date with her thinking; which adds some very funny scenes. Theo, the dragon shifter has been looking for his destined mate, but hasn’t found her. What happens when a pixie and a dragon cross paths?
The only thing I had trouble with is them falling in love. I never felt their connection. Never felt them fall in love. Not sure why? But, it just never came together for me on the love front. Other then that I enjoyed this novella and am curious in checking out the other books in the Lords of the Dragon Islands series.
