The Birthday Book Tag

Found this on a Great read during the December Discussion Challenge. She saw this tag at Cornerfolds and she saw it at BrunetteBibliophile on Youtube! I’ve been saving this one since December. So here we go!

The Birthday Book Tag

Count your birthday along your bookshelf and then subtract your birth month. What book does it land on?

I went with the top of my bookshelf. Counted to 36 and then subtracted 7 for July which landed me on Magic Burns…

If you could spend your birthday with any fictional character who would it be and why?

Oh man, this is a tough one. I have several favorites like Kate Daniels, Nevada Baylor, Mercy Thompson, & Dina Demille. But, if I only could spend my birthday with one, I’d go with Mercy. She’s laded back, has all those wolves hanging around her, and spends her time working hard in her garage.

Find a book that takes place in the season you were born in.

Well Anna Lowe’s Aloha Shifters: Pearls of Desire & Aloha Shifters: Jewels of the Heart take place in Maui, which is a tropical island, so summer all year long.

Find a book that’s the color of your birthstone.

Is there a series with the same number of books as your age? If so what is it?

I’m 36 this year and so the closest series I’ve found is Lora Leigh’s Breed Series with at least 33 books in it.

Pick a book set in a time period, world or country you would like to have been born in.

I have a few worlds that I think would be fun to be born/live in. The Elder Race series, Nightwing series, Psy-Changeling series, Shifters Unbound series, Mercy Thompson series, & Argeneau series.

  1. Fun tag. Though that question about a series with the number of books of your age can be brutal for some of us. 🙂

    • Once I hit 30 and had a child I’ve felt old and tired so early in the day… They true do mean it takes a village to raise a child. I miss having family around to help ^_^. Ya 36 isn’t all that old, but wow the time has really gone by. Glad you enjoyed The Birthday Book Tag. Thank’s for stopping in, Debbie!

  4. Happy birthday! This is an interesting tag. I’d love to be born into the Harry Potter world. (After Voldemort, of course.)

    • Yes, after Voldemort is gone the Harry Potter world would be a fun one to be born in….
      Thank’s AJ for visiting ^_^.

  5. So Happy 36th Birthday! Those are some interesting worlds to be born into. I would like to say Shifters Unbound, but I hate that shifters are in shifter towns and I would have to find a way to help them get out. But man, all those shifters…. yum!

    • Yes that was my think too about the Shifters Unbound series…helping them to get out ^_^.
      Thank’s Tanya for visiting.
