Today’s feature is First Book – I talk about the first book, in my bio, that got me back into read and hooked on romance. That book is Halfway to the Grave.

I’d love to know your first book?

I was born and raised in Northern Indiana. I’m an outdoor sun loving reader living near San Fransisco. I’m a mother, wife, dog owner, animal, and book lover. I’m the owner, reviewer, and mind behind Angel’s Guilty Pleasures. My favorite animals are horses & dogs. As for reading I love all things paranormal & urban fantasy. My favorite shifters are dragons!

The book that got me back into reading is almost a cliche because I hear so many people say the same—Twilight. I know it’s not a perfect series, but it did get me reading again!

I have read the whole above series and loved every one!! My first book as an adult was Christene Feehans Dark Prince. That started my addiction for all things PNR.

I can’t remember if was Bitten by Kelley Armstrong, Guilty Pleasures by Laurell K Hamilton or Moon Called by Patricia Briggs. I had just finished reading all the current books in the Anne Rice vampire series. I had been reading one book a year while on vacation. I didn’t know what I wanted to try next, so I grabbed a few books to take with me on vacation and read ALL of them. I even ran out of books on that trip and wanted to read more. But was remote with no access to finding new books.
