The Spectacular Book Tag

Posted on by

I was search the net for some book tags to do and ran across this one: The Spectacular Book Tag @ Fishing For Ideas.  I’m not going to tag anyone, but feel free to take the questions and answer them in the comments or make your own post. I’d love to see what you pick for these questions.

1. What are your favorite book covers?

Patrica Briggs has some amazing covers. They are so artistic, vibrant, and fit the books.

2. What are your favorite book titles?

Honestly I don’t have any favorite book titles. I just want the title to catch my eye and represent what’s inside the book.

3. Have you read a book and didn’t know why they named it that and what was the title?

Maybe, but nothing is coming to mind.

4. Have you read a book with a character that made you mad?

Yep! When you read a lot you are going to find characters you don’t like. Sophie, the heroine in Under Wraps. Well I didn’t like any of the characters in the book. Donovan Cain in Spider’s Bite. Man he’s douchbag and not for Gin the lead in the series. So glad he’s gone.

5. Is there someone or something from a book you would never want to come across?

Not a fan of stupid from any lead character. Also not a fan of The Christmas Carol storyline. It’s so over done.

6. If you could meet a character in person from a book who would it be?

Oh, Mercy Thompson from Mercy Thompson series, Kate Daniels from Kate Daniels series, and Gin Blanco from Elemental Assassins series. These women kick-ass.

7. What book are you currently reading?

8. Have you read a book that made you cry?

Yes! Who hasn’t read a book that’s had you picking up the tissues to dab at your eyes?

9. What is the weirdest book you have read?

I read Paranormal Romance and Urban Fantasy, so their is always some weirdness in the story. At the moment I can’t think of anything that would be to weird and needs a mention.

10. What is the worst book/series you ever read?

The Vampire Coalition by J.S. Scott and Zorn Warriors series by Lauren Dohner. I’m sure their are others, but after book 2 or 3 if I’m not hooked then I don’t read on.

11. If you could only read one more book the entire year what would it be?

Oh God Noooooooooo!!! This is such a sad hard questions. If I have to pick, then Storm Cursed.

    • Stupid is something I get so frustrated with and it irks me to know end when it’s the lead or leads that are like that. Yes Briggs has the most amazing covers. I just love them to know end. Can’t wait to see what your answers are for this tag.

    • It was a fun tag. I wish I could have thought up some books for some of the answers, but my mind was drawing a blank. I read so much that unless it grabs it it doesn’t stick out. The Vampire Coalition I read long before blogging but omg it was not good. Thank’s for visiting and can’t wait to see what you pick for your answers.
