Here is a look at my March Library Love.
The library is a great place to pick up New & Old releases in books, movies, manga, audiobooks, magazines, and more.  Check out all the wonderful items I picked up this month.  The 2020 Library Love Challenge Sign Up is open.  Come join us for a new year and lots more giveaways!

Total Saved in March: $2,693.61

With the COVID-19 outbreak many places have closed until April or later. Our local Library is closed until March 31st. Just before they closed their doors I went in and picked up a lot of books. Manly I got books to help my kid read and movies to keep him occupied.  The online recourse’s are still going, which is good.  So remember you can still use your library to check out items to watch, read, or listen too.

  1. Nicely done for March, Angie! I didn’t get any library books read this month. I’m on the waiting list for two that I was hoping would be my turn already and I just checked out another one on Overdrive to read this week. I’m not sure when the physical library will open again. Probably not before May at least. Glad for Overdrive!

    • I actually didn’t get to 3 of the audios I downloaded/borrowed, but the best thing is I can borrow them again anytime ^_^. March my reading/listening stoped for 2 1/2 weeks. I was so stressed with the changes of having everyone home and being a teacher for my kid. I love the online selection the library has with Overdrive/Libby and Hoopla. I’ve got a lot of movies on hold for the physical DVD’s, but I can wait on those. Ya, our library probably won’t open back up until May too. They gave all our physical checked out items 3months borrow time frame.

  2. wow…you definitely work the library. i haven’t checked out any physical books in a long time. was going to, because our library is sorely lacking in ebooks, but since the whole corona thing, i’ll wait.

    • Most libraries are closed, but the online options are a great way to go during this time. You might be able to do Hoopla as well as the Overdrive or Libby app. I know some libraries don’t have the best online selections. Ya, it was a nice month on borrowing. I didn’t get to 3 of the checked out audiobooks, but I can borrow them again anytime which is nice. Keep up the love!

  3. Wow! You are doing a great job of using the library. I’m using mine but doing a bad job of linking up. I’m not going to do savings until after June and December. I do have the April LL email all set to go and have started work on May. I’m still bad on the Goodreads group. Sigh. Getting things into my routine is tough but I’m figuring it out.

    • You’ll get their. I appreciate the help you do give especially the Library Email. I did check out a lot, but didn’t get to 3 of my audiobooks I borrowed, but the great thing is I can check them out again. I went 2 1/2 weeks this month without pick up a book. So not me, but I was and still am stressed with having everyone home and having to be a teacher for my son. I’m starting to pick up books again, which is nice. Keep up the love!
