The blog hit over 2,000 Likes on Facebook.  Thank you to everyone who follows that way.  I featured a giveaway; which is now over.

Well we’re still dealing with the COVID-19.  It’s been 5 Months of staying at home and just getting out to walk in the neighborhood.  We’re lucky to live in a big enough city that I can get anything including food delivered to our house, so I’ve not had to go to the grocery store.  That’s great; because I dislike shopping for anything including food with a passion.

Things are starting to open back up slowly.  We have outdoor eating, but we’ve not done that.  We do HelloFresh and picking out 5 meals for the week.  We also have been doing GrubHub and ordering twice a week, so we can still support our local eating establishments.

The best thing about opening is that our parks aka the walking trails are open now and the San Fransisco Zoo; which is an outdoor zoo.  We’re excited!  We finally got out and explored.  We visited the Zoo the first week it opened on July 16th and then the next week we took daddy with us on July 23rd.  We also got out and walked one of the trails near us.  As you can see we are wearing our masks to stay safe.

This month we also finished our LEGO Tree House Build. It was 3,000+ LEGO’s, so it took a while.

I’ve been spending a lot of time outside in the garden or just enjoying our covered patio.  I’m trying to get a picture of the two hummingbirds to share with you guys, but they aren’t easy to get, but here you can see I’ve got some limes and lots of flowers blooming.

Last, we celebrated my and my husbands birthday’s.  We both have birthdays in July and both turned 38-years-old.  We got lots of great gifts from family.  I’ve also been working on my Four Seasons paint by number set.  It’s taking a while, but that’s ok.  I’m making progress slowly.

This month I read and listened too: Light My Fire (Audio), The Mane Squeeze (Audio), Beast Behaving Badly (Audio), Feel the Burn (Audio), Big Bad Beast (Audio), Bear Meets Girl (Audio), Wolf With Benefits (Audio), Bite Me (Audio), Bring The Heat (Audio), Ghost of a Chance (Audio), Like a Wolf with a Bone, The Siren and the Deep Blue Sea, A Stream of Darkness (ARC), Don’t Hex and Drive (ARC), Slake His Thirst, Iron Born, Oak & Thorn, Axel, & Tangled Truths.

A lot of these where revisits for me. With COVID I’ve been feeling like old favorites, fun and light-hearted reads or audios. Only a few new stuff have I picking up. I’ve become very picky with my reading and/or listening.

Thank’s for visiting!
Have a wonderful August.

Looks like you had a great month! I LOVE the LEGO Treehouse. We just bought the LEGO space station so we’re looking forward to building that this month 🙂

Congrats on the likes! I really need to get a Facebook page for my blog, but all my awful family members and former high school friends are on that site. I’m glad you were able to get out of the house. Lockdown has made me very grateful to live near walking trails. Have a great August!

Nice that your outdoor activities could expand to the parks and zoo. We like to order out a few times a week to support the local restaurants, too. Wow, you read a ton of Shelley Laurensten and GA Aiken. Shifter romance rules! 🙂

Glad you had a good birthday. Happy Belated Birthday, Angela!

Have a good August!
