Silent Bite: A Scanguards Wedding
Parnormal Romance -Erotica – Vampires
Newbie vampire Oliver and Ursula, the woman he saved from a blood brothel, are finally tying the knot. But with Ursula’s old fashioned Chinese parents arriving in town for the traditional wedding, chaos soon breaks out—with Oliver always one step away from accidentally revealing to his soon-to-be in-laws that he and his extended Scanguards family are vampires.
And midst all the chaos and confusion, a stalker lurks and threatens to tear Ursula and Oliver apart before they can blood-bond.
~ 4 Silent Bite Stars ~
Silent Bite: A Scanguards Wedding is book #8.5 in the Scanguards Vampire series by Tina Folsom and it is also the 4th novel in the 1001 Dark Nights series. I’m a huge fan of the Scanguards Vampire series and I was looking forward to this Wedding story of Oliver and Ursula. Oliver and Ursula get together in Oliver’s Hunger (Scanguards Vampires #7).
Oliver is a newborn vampire and Ursula is still human. Ursuala’s family is Chinese and her parents believe in their traditions. I enjoyed this short story back into the Scanguard world. I was laughing, fanning myself and holding my breath for that enevitable event. It is easy to relate to their Wedding dilemmas since at one point or another in our lives we have tried to hid something from our parents and hope that we can keep track of the lie or our friends remember what to say. Add to that the ever-present threat that is lurking in the shadows you get a adventure. It was intense, nerve-wracking and well done. The ending was beautiful and everything I hoped it would be for this amazing couple that I have grown to enjoy throughout the series.
Silent Bite delivers us with elements of suspense, romance, heat, humor, and a happly-ever-after. It’s a fun, quick, and an enjoyable read for any fan’s of vampires or the Scanguards series.

Gah. I need to catch up with hers. I’ve only read the first 3 but really enjoyed them. Then got sidetracked by the rest of the tpr pile. Will have to move her onto my hopefully soon list 🙂
