Welcome to the fourth annual Library Love Challenge hosted by Angel’s Guilty Pleasures & Books of My Heart.
I hope you will join us in celebrating and support libraries.
If you are like us; then you like to purchase every book you want to read. And, well that can put a hurt on your wallet. One way to help lessen the hurt is to check out books (prints, ebooks, or audios) from the library. If you do this, it will help save you LOTS of money $$.
Getting a library card in most places is FREE. So, if you love to read and/or listen to books then grab your library card and join the challenge.

Hi Angela, quick question, do I have to link up my Sign-Up post over at Books of My Heart too? Not sure about that …
Angela
January 3, 2020 at 10:31 am
No you do not have to link up at Books of My Heart. We share the same linky for sing-up and for all the monthly review link-ups, so your link will show on both blogs. Only have to link once. Does this answer your question/make sense? Glad to have you joining us.

Oh good! I sometimes wonder if I put my thoughts into the correct words to make it easy to understand. Typing out what you think and how things work, sometimes don’t always go the way you want. ^_^

I’m in! I’m so glad I stumbled across your challenge. I host one through my own book blog, as well. I appreciate that yours is library specific. A lot of avid readers I know feel “bad” about getting books from the library when they already have so many at home. This is a great way too soothe that guilt, lol

Erica,
WELCOME to the Library Love Challenge. We here love our libraries and love supporting and sharing our love for them. We hope you enjoy the challenge! I added you to the list and you are number 25 on the sign-up. I did notice that your self is private. If you can make it public that would be great. Have fun and we hope you enjoy the challenge.

Hello, New to reading challenges. I had already decided to take part in the Modern Mrs Darcy and NJM challenges, but as I work in the library service wanted to make them all library books. So this challenge is sooo perfect. I have created a Library Thing account (wwlarking) so I hope that works and links ok.

Hi Wendy,
I’m glad you deiced to join. I hope you enjoy the challenge. Any location where you can link to a list and/or page works for this challenge. You don’t have to have a blog. Many like Goodreads, but Library Thing works or another service.

I feel like I’d be cheating if I signed up for this. 99% of the books I read come from the library, and a book has to really deserve a spot on my shelves for me to purchase it. I also work at a library so I have super easy access…
But as a Library Worker, I really appreciate the support of libraries!
Angela
December 5, 2019 at 9:36 am
You wouldn’t be cheating, ^_^ so feel free to sign-up. That’s wonderful you are a library worker. Libraries need support and this is one way to get people to enjoy and use their local library. I LOVE MY LIBRARY! Thank’s for stopping by.

i meant to do this challenge in 2019, but the only books i read from the library were the twilight series, then i bought the books and plan on rereading them this year and i didn’t keep up with my other challenges so i passed. because i have a lot of books i want to read, i’ll be doing it for sure in 2020 to encourage me to get on it. 🙂 i’ll be back after making a post

It’s ok you skipped in 2019. I hope you enjoy the challenge for 2020 and that this will help you us the library. I know I was planning on reading more of my kindle freebies this year, but didn’t read as many as I was planning too, so I know how it is. We all get side tracked or let the challenge fall away ^_^!
