When the going gets tough, the tough get their hands dirty. Join NY Times Bestselling author Faith Hunter, USA Today Bestselling author R.J. Blain, and National Bestselling authors Diana Pharaoh Francis and Devon Monk on a wild romp where the damsels bring the distress and what can go wrong will go wrong.
Venture into a thrilling spinoff tale from the world of Jane Yellowrock; join vacationing gods in what appears to be a quiet, ordinary town; visit a supernatural hotel where the bedbugs could very well eat you; and dive into the zany, deadly world of the Magical Romantic Comedy (with a body count) series.
In this collection of all-new urban fantasy novellas and other stories, no job is too big or too small — if the price is right.

PLAYLIST
Diana’s Song List:
Queen—Don’t Stop Me Now: when you need energy and lift and want to dance Colbie Caillat—Try: when you’re feeling like you just can’t even Guns N Roses—Breakdown: when there’s crap going on in the book and you wonder if you can keep beating up on your characters. Yes you can! Mumford and Sons—Babel: when you need a reminder that you damned-well CAN write the book Everlast—What It’s Like: when you need a reminder that your characters are not you and you need to let them be themselves, whatever that is.
Faith’s Song List:
Faith doesn’t listen to music. Everyone else in the anthology came to a halt and struggled to comprehend this without much luck.
Devon’s Song List:
Drop it Low Girl- Ester Dean -It makes me laugh that Ryder used it as a ring tone in Sealed with a Tryst just to see the look on Delaney’s face. The Tower – Alana Henderson – It’s got a bit of a magic feel, and that line about climbing the tower and not coming down until you’re mended feels like getting on with the job of writing no matter what. Work Song – Hoizer – Ryder has it playing in the background of the last book. Hoizer’s voice is so lovely and there’s something about the song that reminds me of Ryder and Delaney trying to be together, no matter what happens around them. Bad Medicine – Bon Jovi – Cheesy butt rock music from the ‘80’s? Yes, please! Apashe ft. Instasamka – Uebok (Gotta Run) – Sometimes I stumble upon a song and can’t get it out of my head. This is the most recent, and gets played when I (or my characters) are running hard against a deadline.
R.J. Blain’s Song List:
R.J. has been working from home in a 685 square foot apartment with another human working near her. Songs have been few and far between, but when music is playing, it’s usually one of the following: Celine Dion: That’s the Way it Is.
Bon Jovi: Living on a Prayer
Bon Jovi: Work for the Working Man
Bon Jovi: We Weren’t Born to Follow
Bon Jovi: It’s my Life

Nice selection of authors. I haven’t read anything by Francis and monk in a number of years, would be good to try another taste.
