  28. I know this sounds bad but I haven’t finished any books this year. This year has been hectic. I did read with my son, a long walk to water and it was good but sad.

  29. A Scoundrel of Her Own by Stacy Reid and Belladonna by Adalyn Grace are among my favorites so far.

  35. I actually haven’t read a book yet this year but I’ve been trying to get through American Psycho. It’s very violent so I’ve been having to take a lot of breaks.

  38. Lorraine Hansberry’s original screenplay for A Raisin In The Sun, it read with as much depth and emotion as any novel.

  41. There have been so many books that I’ve really loved this year. I’m going to narrow it down to two: Storm Echo by Nalini Singh and Darius by J.R. Ward.

  42. My favorite read this year has been Lover Arisen by J.R. Ward.

  43. I’m not sure I can narrow it down to one. I’m going to say Crowbones by Anne Bishop since I’ve read/listened to it twice because I loved it so much.

  44. I am looking forward to read the book called Sea of Tranquility by Emily St. John Mandel this season sounds amazing.

  45. My best read so far of 2022 is It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover.

  48. I just read Daisy Darker by Alice Feeney and LOVED IT! Hands down my favorite fiction of 2022.

  65. I’ve had a very, very mediocre reading year so far…but one book that honestly gave me all the warm fussies was All Rhodes Lead Here by Mariana Zapata. Her books just make me feel better no matter what.

    I’ve had reader burnout a lot this year. I loved loved The Liar’s Crown by Abigail Owen. I also loved Stealing Infinity by Alyson Noel. Darby Baham’s Bloom Where You’re Planted and London Calling are really really good.

  71. I enjoyed the EPSILON Sci-Fi Thriller series by Brian H. Roberts and hope that there are more stories to come
