Here is what I’ve been reading in KU lately.  Some are hits others not so much, but I’m trying out new stuff and working on those books in my TBR.

Urban Fantasy, PNR, & Steampunk

The Baine Chronicles – Scorched by Magic book 7. Still a few more to read in this series. Love it! Recommended series to read.

 

Urban Fantasy

Shadow Hunter – Read Night Stalker book 2. Slowly but surely working my way through this UF series. Recommended series to read.

 

Paranormal Romance

Stay a Spell – Great series. It’s magical. Recommended series to read.

 

Call of the Wolves – It was an ok read. Ends on a cliffhanger. Didn’t win me over to read on.

 

Cursed Witch – Creatures of the Otherworld book 4. I read a really good excerpt, but this was not for me. You can read the books in any order. All are stand-alones.

 

Touched by Fire – Enjoyed this first book in Demons of New Chicago series and plan to read on. Enemies to Lovers trope.

 

Sci-Fi Romance

Monsters Love Curvy Girls series – If your looking for fun & quick read. Then these might be for you. I like to read them now and then especially when I just need something quick.

 

Prime Mating Agency Series – I’m very much enjoying these monster romance books. I read books 1-3 and plan to complete the series. I love that each book is a different alien/monster and a strong heroine.

 

Naga’s of Protheka Series – I read book 1 & 2, but after reading two I have no desires to read on. It’s a six book series.

 

Naga Brides Series – These books are Monster Erotic Romance. Very Alpha Naga’s. Not for the faint of heart. I read books 1-3 and enjoyed. It’s a 4 book series.

 

Cherished Galaxy Series – Read book 1 and wasn’t impressed, but I always try to give a series at least 2 book try, so I read the next and it was better. There currently are only 3 books in the series out. 

 

Alien Bounty Hunters Series – Currently only read book one, Rayzor’s One. It’s a quick read. Not really an in-depth read, but still enjoyable. 

 

Icehome Series – Love this series. I’m almost finished with the series. Recommended series to read.

 

Her Alien Priest – Monster Bites series. I DNF’d this. I just didn’t like it even thou I like this authors Monsters Love Curvy Girls series.

  1. I have so many I want to read on KU but they are more mystery / thriller types. I usually am out of time though with ARCs and library books. It’s great you are using it while you have it.
