  30. My mother has been gone for a long time, but I still miss our weekly (and long!) phone calls. I think I still show my love for her by trying to bring her to life somewhat to my grandchildren.

    Due to a health issue I was unable to have my own children. I had abundant respect for my mother and still do (almost two yrs after her passing).

As a mother of ten, grandmother of nineteen and counting and great-grandmother of one, I can only rely on memory to say how I showed love and respect to my mother, grandmothers, foster mother and any of the women that had a significant influence in my life. I show that love and respect to this day by taking all of the lessons that they taught me while I was growing up and using them to be the best person, best mom, grand-mom and great-grand-mom that I can be.
